PMEA Youth Honors Band 6th Grade

PMEA Youth Honors Band

This ensemble selects the best instrumentalists from all of PMEA District 7, which includes schools from Adams, Dauphin, Cumberland , Franklin, Perry, Lebanon and Lancaster Counties. Students rehearse together for two days, usually in November, with a guest conductor and then perform a concert. Selection is based on director's recommendation and is open to any 6th  grade student who attends lessons and has a positive attitude towards the band experience.

This year's festival is on November 15-16 2024 at Hempfield
