My strong passion for coding in the biomedical realm drives me to continually deepen my research and studies. Each line of code I write is filled with the promise of making meaningful changes in healthcare.

My research and development areas of interest include

Biomedical Image Processing, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision

I successfully completed my Ph.D. with a perfect GPA of 4.00/4.00 from the esteemed EECS Department at the University of Missouri-Columbia, mentored by Prof. Kannappan Palaniappan. Subsequently, I progressed through roles of increasing impact, starting as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Lister Hill National Center for Biomedical Communications - NIH, and then advancing to a Senior Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer at AKOYA BIOSCIENCES. Each position has significantly broadened my expertise and contributions to the field. Currently, I am applying my deep learning acumen as an expert at UCSD, in the Department of Cell and Developmental Biology, where I continue to drive innovations in biomedical research.

"Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution."
