Research Interests
My research primarily focuses on the subdomains of the emerging AI paradigm, with a special emphasis on text mining. This area is a key component of modern technological advancements and plays a critical role in realizing future innovations.
My research interests lie at the intersection of artificial intelligence and the Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT), with a particular focus on natural language processing, recommender systems, and federated learning. Recently, I have been exploring the application of Large Language Models (LLMs) in advanced data mining and the development of intelligent IoT systems. My work has been published in several recognized venues, including ICSOC, ICWS, CIKM, ICDM, UbiComp, INFOCOM, Scientometrics, and the Journal of Informetrics.
With a strong interdisciplinary background in computer science and information science, my expertise extends to the systematic collection and strategic use of metadata from diverse scientific text repositories.
Over the course of my academic career, I have developed interests in areas such as Data Augmentation, Conversational Question Answering, Knowledge Graph, LLMs in Medicine, Information Systems Integration, Privacy Preservation, trustworthiness management, Block Chain, and Activity Recognition. These interests have largely been cultivated through collaborative research projects with exceptional colleagues in the field.
