2) Select the template you like best

3) Click on "Edit design"

5) You can click on "Elements" to add shapes and design elements such as a QR code, lines, boxes, stickers, gifs, among others.

6) Click on "Text" to change the font, its size, style and opacity. You can align the font, change the background, the line height and the letter spacing, add shadows and insert links.  

7) Click on "Media" to upload videos or audios. You can also search audios or videos on the same app by using the appropriate prompts. 

8) Click on "Layout" to add a schedule, a menu (in these two cases the app offers a wide variety of options), a table, or tear-off apps 

9)  You can also make a drawing if you click on "draw" (you can choose the colour and the brush size) and, by clicking on "background",  you can change the background of the newspaper (you can choose a solid colour, a gradient or transparent background or you can upload one from your own device or search one from the app)

10) On the right-hand side of the screen, you can change the size of the newspaper, the background, the title and the layout 

11) Preview your design to ensure it looks the way you want it to.

12) Once you are sure your design is ready, you can:

• save it 

• publish it. You can publish it on social media, on digital signage screens or you can share it by email. You can publish it online and get a link. You can embed your design on your website or blog. 

• download it. You can choose the quality (although you will only be able to download it as "basic image" if you have a free account) and you can save it in the format you choose such as PDF or JPG.
