自治会からの３つのお願い
Three Requests from the residents' Association oｆ yamabare
1.交通ルールを守ってください
●集落内の道路は道幅が狭いため原則駐車禁止です.
●車は20㎞/ｓで徐行してください。
●未通しの悪い交差点では徐行もしくは一時停止をお願いします。
1. Please follow the traffic rules
・ Roads within the village are narrow, so parking is basically prohibited.
・ Please drive at 20 km/h.
・ Please slow down or stop at blind crossroad.
２.地域住民への配慮をお願いします
●私有地に無断で入らないでください。
●ドローンの飛行は業務を除き原則禁止します。（プライバシーと安全確保のため）
●濡れた水着のまま店舗に入らないでください。
●水着で集落内を歩き回るのはやめましょう。
2. Please be considerate of local residents.
・ Do not enter private property without permission.
・ Drone flights are generally prohibited except for business purposes (for privacy and safety).
・ Please do not enter shops wearing wet swimsuits.
・ Let's avoid walking around the village in swimsuits.
３.自然環境保全にご協力ください
●海遊びの時にサンゴの上を歩かないでください。
●海の生物（サンゴやイソギンチャク、熱帯魚など）を捕獲しないでください。
●天然記念物や野鳥などの保護対象生物を大切にしましょう。
●海遊びで出したゴミは自分で持ち帰りましょう。
3. Please help protect the natural environment
・ Don’t walk on the coral when enjoying the sea
・ Don’t catch sea creatures (like coral, sea anemones, tropical fish, etc.)
・ Take care of protected animals like natural monuments and wild birds
・ Take your trash home with you after playing in the sea
クリスタルビーチを利用される方に
駐車ルールを守ってください
集落内の道路は道幅が狭いため路上駐車されますと工事車両や宅配配送の大型車、緊急車両の妨げとなります。
違法駐車は絶対にやめましょう。（無余地駐車違反に当たります）
特にクリスタルビーチ周辺には日帰りで遊びに来られる方による迷惑駐車が発生しやすくなっています。
一台でも停められますと後から来た車両が停めだしますので収拾がつかなくなります。
入り口から400ｍのところに県の公共駐車場がありますのでそちらに停めて徒歩でクリスタルビーチへ向かってください。
入り口付近に駐車された場合は、八重山警察署に連絡して厳正に対処いたします。
For those visiting Crystal Beach,
Please follow the parking rules.
The roads within the yamabare are narrow, so parking on the street will obstruct construction vehicles, large delivery trucks, and emergency vehicles.
Absolutely no illegal parking. (It counts as parking in a no-space area violation.)
Especially around Crystal Beach, nuisance parking by day-trippers is common.
Once even one car parks, more cars will start parking, and it becomes unmanageable.
There is a public prefectural parking lot 400 meters from the entrance, so please park there and walk to Crystal Beach.
If you park near the entrance, we will contact the Yaeyama Police Station to take strict action.
クリスタルビーチを安全に利用するために
観光客に人気のクリスタルビーチではありますが、過去に複数回の海難事故が発生しているため石垣市消防署から遊泳危険海岸に指定されています。
常駐する監視員はいません。何かあった場合には自己責任での対処が求められます。
クリスタルビーチで安全に海遊びをするために次のことに留意してください。
海に入る時は気象庁のHPを確認してください。「警報」が発令されているときは絶対に遊泳してはいけません。
普段でも波の高い日にはリーフ・カレント（沖に向かう強い潮流）が発生することがあります。
リーフエッジを超えて波が入ってくるような日には東側のリーフと西側のリーフの境目から北西方向に強い流れが生じ、
シュノーケリングや遊泳中の人が沖に流される事故が発生します。
そのようなときは、流れに逆らわず落ち着いて西側リーフの浅瀬に退避してください。満潮時でも足の着く深さです。
Safe snorkelling / swimming at Crystal beach
Crystal Beach is a popular beach for tourists.
But this beach has been designated as a swimming dangerous coast by
the fire department of Ishigaki city, because there have been multiple sea accidents in the past.
There are no lifeguards on this beach. If something happens, it is at your own risk.
Keep the following in mind for safe snorkelling / swimming at Crystal beach.
Never swim at this beech when there is a wave warning from the Japan Meteorological Agency.
On a day when waves cross the reef edge:
on the borderline between the eastern and western reef, strong currents occur in the northwest direction.
A person snorkelling or swimming there will be carried away outside of the reef.
In such a case, cut the current by the side and swim calmly to the western reef shallow waters. This area is not deep and you can stand.Do not swim against the current.
