Ordering and Payment

• Prices for our printing services are provided on our website or through a formal quotation. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment for services must be made in full prior to the commencement of the printing job, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, for part payment or payment in installments.

• We accept various payment methods, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or electronic payment platforms. Additional fees or charges may apply for certain payment methods.

Order Processing and Turnaround Time

• We will make every effort to complete printing orders within the specified turnaround time. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. We shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from such delays.

• We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion if it violates our policies or if we are unable to fulfill the requested service.

Intellectual Property Rights

• You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained the necessary permissions and rights to use any artwork, logos, images, or other content submitted for printing. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims of copyright or trademark infringement.

• We retain no ownership rights to the printed materials and do not claim any intellectual property rights over the content provided by you.

Quality Assurance

• We strive to provide high-quality printing services. However, minor variations in color, texture, and finish may occur due to the nature of the printing process.

• It is your responsibility to review and approve the proofs and samples before the printing process begins. We shall not be liable for any errors or omissions discovered after the approval of proofs.

• During printing, there may be a shortage in the supply of your order. We make every effort to deliver your order as per our commitment, but this is not always possible because, while setting up your design and color on the printing machine, some copies get wasted in the initial process.

Privacy and Data Protection

• We are committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability
