Infrastructure of Yacht-Club

• The yacht club is located on 5 land plots combined into a single plot with a total area of 1.33 hectares (the land is owned).

• Berthing facilities for watercraft of various types (3 berths, total area - 314 m2 (square meters);

• Hotel complex: Guest House (17 rooms), Flotel building (8 rooms, debarkader), Hostel;

• Restaurant (for 50 persons);

• Conference hall with meeting room (75 m2 (square meters);

• Tent (summer cafe on a capital foundation for events up to 200 people, area 220 m2 (square meters);

• Beach area (coastline 100 m.);

• SPA complex (two-storey building with an area of 160 m2 (square meters);

• Upper veranda with saloon and observation deck (150 m2 (square meters);

• 6 separate recreation areas (volleyball court, grill area, crossbow and onion shooting range, ping-pong, etc.)

• Parking;

• Boathouses for yacht storage (2 hangars of 75 m2 (square meters);

• Warehouses (2 buildings: 243 m2 (square meters) and 152 m2 (square meters);

• Temporary building (boat shed 500 m2 (square meters);

• Fencing around the perimeter of the yacht club;

• Engineering networks (artesian well with a full cycle of water purification; city sewerage, transformer substation with a capacity of 160 kVA; gas pipeline).

Parking and storage of ships

Berthing facilities are equipped with a lifting device and platforms for launching and storing ships weighing up to 16.5 tons.

It is possible to store yachts both in summer and in winter.

For winter storage on the territory of the club there is a boathouse (area 350 m2, capacity 8 yachts). And open storage areas (capacity for 30 yachts and 40 jet skis).

On the adjacent territory there is a technical center for maintenance and repair of ships.

The hotel building "Flotel" includes 8 comfortable rooms:

Restaurant "Flint's Restaurant"

The restaurant is located on the first floor of the Debarkader. Capacity up to 50 guests. The restaurant is ideal for a romantic dinner, a luxurious banquet, a festive corporate party, a buffet table. The interior of the restaurant completely repeats the design of a pirate ship.

Conference hall

The conference hall is located in the Guest House on the third floor. The hall has an area of 75 m2. Suitable for conferences, seminars, trainings and other business events. Nearby on the floor there is a comfortable meeting room for 16 people.

Upper Veranda

On the third floor of the Debarcader there is an Upper Veranda with cabins - a company and an observation deck of 150 m2, overlooking the bay. Cozy cabins - the company is fully equipped for a comfortable stay for 10 people, and the observation deck is ideal for colorful events (fireworks, wedding ceremonies).

Hostel

One of the latest expansions of the club was the creation of a hostel. The building has been renovated. The rooms are equipped with everything you need.
