You may apply for a UIMP grant to cover your accommodation and registration fees. Please note that the application webpage is currently available only in Spanish. If you require assistance with the process, do not hesitate to contact one of the organizers.
We have some funding to cover the accommodation to those participants that are not eligeble or were not granted by the UIMP. You migth let us know through the pre-registration form.
To be eligible, you must meet the following requirements:
Be an EU national or a legal resident of Spain.
Be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at an EU university OR have completed your undergraduate studies at an EU university after December 31, 2019.
May 4th (be with you).
Scholarships are awarded based on undergraduate academic results.
For applicants who obtained their degree outside of the Spanish university system, it is mandatory to submit a "Declaration of Equivalence of Average Grade" (declaración de equivalencia de nota media). This document can be generated through the electronic office of the Ministry of Science, Innovation, and Universities at the following link:
