Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation

• Each presentation will have a total duration of 30 minutes: ideally, 20 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for questions.

• Presentations will be conducted exclusively in English.

• Presentation materials may be slides or handouts and must be in English. 

• The Organizing Committee will not be able to print copies of handouts at the Faculty of Letters. If you wish to print handouts for your presentation, we suggest consulting the service providers authorized for this task at UFMG: https://www.ufmg.br/dlo/reprografia.php

• Please bring your presentation file on a USB drive or upload it to the cloud, as you will not be able to use your personal computer in the auditorium.

Poster

• All posters must include a title, author(s), institutional affiliation, and email address.

• The poster must include basic sections such as introduction, methodology, data analysis/discussion, conclusion, and references. 

• The organization of these sections and the design of the poster are at the discretion of the author(s).

• Posters must be written in English.

• Posters must be 120 cm high by 90 cm wide.

• The choice of font size and type is at the discretion of the author(s). Please ensure that the font is legible in both format and size. 

• The Organizing Committee will provide support for the posters.
