Your Data and Device Settings

XViewer does not collect or store any personally identifiable data. The app may at demand request certain device permissions for core functionality:

• BIOMETRICS permissions to allow authentication methods other than the user-defined device-independent pin code

• CAMERA permissions to allow the private gallery to capture photos and videos (only requested if you decide to make your own content)

XViewer cannot access your location or device files. Consequently, websites loaded within the app cannot access them either. Be aware that websites may still determine your approximate location via your network connection attributes.

Google Drive Storage

To enable the optional Backup and Restore feature, XViewer needs your explicit authorization to access a specific app-dedicated folder in your Google Drive. XViewer will not be able to access any other files or folders in your Drive. The app in turn will have exclusive access to this app-dedicated folder, and it will not inherit or store your account password.

XViewer never asks for your password. Instead, the app securely requests Google's permission to access a specific, dedicated hidden folder within your Drive. This app-dedicated folder is only visible to XViewer.

Google Play Billing

XViewer's optional Premium features are offered through Google Play Billing:

• All subscription data is processed and managed by Google and follow Google's privacy policies

• Neither XViewer nor Deep Statement has access to your financial information, which is handled securely by Google

• We do not use any other subscription payment method; if your app directs purchases outside Google Play, you have downloaded an unofficial app

Users with purchased subscriptions: as we do not have access to your financial information, cancellations must be requested directly through the Google Play Billing interface (open the app's menu and choose Manage Subscription).

Google Advertisements

XViewer utilizes the Google AdMob platform to reach users worldwide with relevant ads:

• All required European Union and United States regulations are strictly followed as per Google's privacy policies

• Advertisement analytics are solely processed and managed by Google and follow Google's privacy policies

EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland and US regulated states users: to manage your ads privacy, switch to Gallery Mode and then open the About XViewer dialog; a link will be available there as provided by the Google's User Messaging Platform.

Content Disclaimer

XViewer does not contain, promote or direct you to any sensitive content. Instead, it has been designed to provide secure, private and convenient access to age-restricted material. It is entirely up to users to manually add and navigate to their preferred websites using the integrated incognito browser. 

Legal notice about downloads

XViewer's download functionality is limited to videos and images that the originating website permits. Users are responsible for verifying the copyright status and terms of use for any downloaded content.

This link allows you to verify our appointed representative and submit GDPR requests directly. Requests submitted through this portal are logged and tracked to ensure timely response and compliance.

XViewer's GDPR Direct Complaints Channel

If you believe your data protection rights have been breached, or if you have any concerns about our data processing practices, you can submit a formal complaint directly to us at deepstat43@gmail.com

Please include your name, contact details, a brief description of your concern, and any relevant details or dates to help us investigate the matter efficiently.

As per DUAA requirements, we are obligated to acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 calendar days, and open a formal investigation. We will proceed with the investigation and inform you of the outcome without undue delay. If you remain unsatisfied with our internal resolution, you retain the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant supervisory data protection authority.
