Registration fees

The organisers have endeavoured to keep costs for the conference reasonable. Registration fees include all conference activities, all meals, tea and coffee throughout the day, a banquet dinner and your accommodation. Conference merchandise and workshop attendance are not included in the registration fees. Register until 31 March 2020 to take advantage of reduced early bird pricing. All prices are quoted in South African Rands.

NB: Student members are those that are currently registered for postgraduate studies (Hons, MSc, PhD) or who have completed a postgraduate degree within the last year. Postdoctoral fellows are considered Regular members.

Merchandise & Workshop fees

For conference merchandise, EFTs will be required with proof of payment emailed to Claire Khai & sassb2020@gmail.com.

Attendance at either workshop will be an additional R3250 on top of the conference registration fees. These fees cover meals, accommodation, and venue use for the 2-day workshops.

Payment details

Invoices will be sent to all registrants as soon as possible following completion of the registration form. Payments need to be made within 30 days of the receipt of the invoice to complete your registration.

Please use the beneficiary reference listed on the invoice when making the payment. If group payments are needed, please contact Claire Khai & sassb2020@gmail.com for a revised reference number.
