Martha Ordonez is a graduate of Bronx Community College (2022-2025). She holds an associate degree in Human Services and is the CEO of XVHuman Services Martha is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in Disability Studies.
At XV Human Services, Ms. Ordonez is dedicated to assisting individuals in accessing a wide range of essential services, including daycare resources, food stamps, application support, resume building, and specialized services for families with autistic children, among others.
The name "XV Human Services" is a tribute to her son, Xavier, who serves as the inspiration for her professional and personal goals. She is committed to achieving excellence through dedication and hard work, and her mission is to empower others by providing the support they need to succeed.
Ms. Ordonez’s journey into the field of human services began when several individuals approached her for assistance with applications and state resources. This experience revealed her true calling—helping others navigate complex systems. She understands the challenges of needing support and not knowing where to turn, and she is driven by the desire to make that process easier for others.
At XV Human Services, Ms. Ordonez strives to deliver timely, efficient, and compassionate assistance, ensuring that clients receive the services they need in the most seamless way possible. She believes that no one should hesitate to ask for help, as we all need support at various stages of life.
Alicia Leon is a graduate of Bronx Community College (2022-2024), where she studied Psychology.
She applies her knowledge in both creative and social psychological fields through her role as Operations Manager at XV Human Services. The satisfaction of providing support to those in need aligns with her passion for improving the quality of life for individuals and communities, using a comprehensive and empathetic approach.
Her love for Italian goes beyond academics. Alicia wrote a book in Italian about her aunt’s journey with cancer, titled La Realtà della Vita, which is now available on Amazon, and has made short films in Italian. She also wrote and sold songs in Italian, showing her dedication to the language and culture. In August 2024, Alicia attended Scuola Dante Alighieri in Recanati, Italy, where she earned a B2-level CELI Certificate. Through various programs, including World Lang America and an Italian Podcast from the University of Macerata, Alicia is continually improving her fluency and deepening her connection to Italian culture.
