Born on March 12, 1997, in Honduras, Martha O. Sarabia proudly embraces her Garifuna heritage. Inspired by her son, she wrote El Autismo y Yo, shedding light on the struggles and triumphs of parenting a child with autism.
She holds an AAS in Human Services from CUNY Bronx Community College and is pursuing a Bachelor's in Disabilities Studies at CUNY School of Professional Studies. Through her writing and advocacy, Martha strives to empower parents and raise awareness. Her dedication to this field is driven by a passion for advocacy and a desire to create a more inclusive world for individuals with disabilities.
