Welcome!
I am an assistant professor in the Blackwood Department of Real Estate, Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech. My current research focuses on commercial real estate (CRE) sustainability and resilience as well as its interaction with the broader economy under economic changes and uncertainties. I am also interested in studying the fundamental pricing of real estate space under these rapid changes and transitions.
I received my Ph.D. degree in Business Administration from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State with an emphasis on real estate. Before Penn State, I had a B.Sc. degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore and held professional positions in investment consulting and real estate private equity firms.
Besides being a researcher, I am also an amateur photographer and dancer. I am also deeply passionate about travelling around the world.
