Xue Xiao

I am an assistant professor at the Blackwood Department of Real Estate in the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech.  My current research interests center around Commercial Real Estate (CRE), focusing on CRE resilience, risk management, and pricing of real estate space and asset under economic transition and uncertainties.
