I am an assistant professor at the Blackwood Department of Real Estate in the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech. My current research interests center around 1) commercial real estate resilience; 2) the response and impact of real estate under economic transition and uncertainties; and 3) the pricing of real estate space.
