Safe. Structured. Educational. Unforgettable.Â
Schools today face a difficult challenge: how to give students meaningful, memorable experiences without sacrificing safety, supervision, or values.
At Xtreme Paintball and Laser Tag, we provide school-approved group activities that are fully supervised, age-appropriate, and intentionally structured to promote teamwork, confidence, and positive interaction.
This is not “drop-in play.”
This is a guided experience designed for students.
Xtreme Paintball is not a tournament-focused field.
There are no walk-on players, no mixed groups, and no unsupervised play.
Every school group receives:
Private, reservation-only use of the field
One experienced, consistent referee (the owner)
Games designed specifically for the age, size, and experience level of your students
A calm, structured pace that keeps students engaged without chaos
Your students play with each other only, in a controlled environment designed to reduce fear, pressure, and injury.
School groups require a higher standard of care. That standard is the baseline here.
Mandatory safety briefing before play
Strict goggle enforcement (no exceptions)
Consistent air pressure limits on all equipment
Close-range safety rules and surrender rules
Referee present on the field and actively monitoring play
Immediate intervention if a student appears uncomfortable or overwhelmed
For younger students or first-time players, field rules are adjusted to ensure confidence and safety—such as limiting engagement distance or requiring younger players to stay near a supervising adult until ready.
No student is ever pressured to “tough it out.”
We offer multiple activities that allow schools to choose what best fits their students:
Ideal for elementary, middle school, and mixed-age groups
No projectiles, no pain
Fast-paced, engaging, and inclusive
Excellent for after-proms, lock-ins, field days, and reward events
A favorite for younger students and mixed groups
Lower impact, high participation
Often chosen when teachers, parents, or staff want to play too
Carefully structured for safety and confidence
Modified rules for first-time players
Emphasis on teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship
Never run like a tournament field
Schools may combine activities depending on group size, age, and goals.
Took our basketball team from Beebe, AR here! We had an absolute blast👍🏼 Great layouts, fun games, & so much more. Can’t recommend enough! Nathaniel K.
Schools consistently tell us they see benefits beyond the fun.
Our games naturally encourage:
Team communication
Leadership under pressure
Strategic thinking
Mutual respect
Confidence-building for quieter students
Healthy interaction between different age groups
Students don’t just play—they learn to work together.
Many teachers and administrators notice stronger peer interaction after the event than before it.
We understand school logistics.
Events are scheduled in advance
Time blocks allow for breaks, discussion, and rest
Facilities include covered staging areas, restrooms, and seating
Groups move at a pace appropriate for their energy level
Whether you’re planning:
A field trip
An after-prom
A graduation celebration
A reward day
A school club outing
We tailor the experience to fit your schedule and goals.
Schools regularly travel 2–7 hours to attend events here.
Why?
Because they know:
Students will be respected
Safety will not be compromised
The experience will be positive for everyone
The owner will be present, engaged, and accountable
Many school bookings come from referrals by other schools, not advertising.
We do not allow:
Profanity directed at other players
Aggressive intimidation
Bullying behavior
Experienced players targeting beginners
Students leave excited, not shaken.
That difference matters.
If you’re looking for a school activity that is:
Safe
Structured
Well-supervised
Age-appropriate
Genuinely fun
You’ve found the right place.

“The principles that guide how we treat students on and off the field.”Â
