Important dates

The workshop will accept standard submissions and will exploit the "review transfer option" offered by ECAI, so it will foresee two submission periods. The initial round of submission is open to everyone, and the second round of submission is exclusively for authors of ECAI papers who wish to submit their rejected papers to the workshop or directly invited by the workshop chairs (in this case, the ECAI review must be provided together with the paper). 

The dates are as follows:

Standard submission dates (initial round of submission):

Abstract (not mandatory, but strongly appreciated): 1 June 2024 (EXTENDED)

Submission deadline: 15 June 2024 (EXTENDED)

Notification: 18 July 2024

Review Transfer Option dates (second round of submission): 

Invitation from the workshop chairs: between the 4 and 10 of July

Submission deadline: 11 July

Notification: 18 July

Camera Ready (for informal publication on the workshop website): 14 September 2024

Registration deadline (please check the ECAI website): ECAI website 

Workshop: 20 October

Invitations to the SI: the invitations to the SI will be sent sometime after the acceptance notification. Please refer to the Submission page for further information.
