By commissioning me (the artist), you (the client) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. General Information
I reserve the right to refuse any commission request if I am uncomfortable with the subject matter or if it falls outside my artistic scope.
All artwork commissioned is for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon for commercial use (see Section 4 for details).
My art is NOT to be used for NFTs, blockchain-related technologies, or AI training.
2. Payment Terms
All payments will be made via PayPal (or any other specified payment method). Prices are listed in USD.
Commissions must be paid either:
50% upfront before work begins, with the remaining 50% upon completion before final files are delivered.
Full payment upfront for commissions under a certain price threshold (e.g., $100 or less).
Payment plans are available for large commissions (e.g., over $500), with installments agreed upon before starting work.
3. Process and Revisions
I will provide regular updates on the commission at key stages:
1. Sketch Stage: I will send a rough sketch for approval. 1-2 minor revisions (e.g., pose adjustments, expression changes) are included at this stage.
2. Line Art and Color Stage: After the sketch is approved, I will proceed with line art and color. 1 minor revision (e.g., color correction) is included.
3. Final Stage: Once the final artwork is completed, no further revisions will be accepted unless previously agreed upon.
Any revisions beyond the included amount will incur additional fees depending on the complexity of the changes.
4. Commercial Use
By default, all commissions are for personal use only. This means you cannot profit from the artwork or use it for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, logos for businesses) without my express permission.
For commercial use, the following fees apply:
Commercial License Fee: +50% to +100% of the base price (depending on the scope of commercial use).
This includes use in livestreams (VTuber models), merchandise (e.g., prints, clothing), book covers, branding for businesses, etc.
Clients who purchase a commercial license will be allowed to use the artwork for profit within the agreed-upon scope. However, I still retain the copyright and ownership of the artwork.
5. Copyright and Usage
As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork. This includes the right to post the artwork on my social media, portfolio, or promotional material unless otherwise agreed upon.
Clients are allowed to:
Use the artwork for personal use (e.g., profile pictures, social media banners, or personal display).
Share the artwork on their social media, provided they give proper credit (tagging my social media handle or linking to my portfolio).
Clients are NOT allowed to:
Claim the artwork as their own creation.
Modify the artwork without my permission.
Use the artwork for any commercial purpose unless a license has been purchased.
Use the artwork for AI or blockchain technology purposes (NFTs).
6. Communication
I will communicate with you regularly throughout the commission process. Feel free to reach out for updates, but please understand that I may take 1-2 days to respond, especially during busy periods.
Communication will be done primarily through email or Discord, unless otherwise specified.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide clear references or a detailed description of what they want.
Ensure prompt communication and feedback during the process, especially at key stages (sketch, line art, etc.). Delayed responses may result in delayed delivery of the final piece.
8. Delivery of Final Artwork
Final artwork will be delivered in high resolution via email or a file-sharing service (e.g., Google Drive) in the agreed format (e.g., PNG, JPEG, PSD).
For VTuber models and larger files, layered PSDs or other necessary formats for rigging will be provided upon completion and final payment.
9. Commission Restrictions and Limitations
Please note that there are certain types of commissions I will not accept, and there are some areas where I am still developing my skills:
No NSFW content: I do not accept any commissions that involve explicit adult content, sexual themes, or excessive gore.
No Mecha designs: I am not currently offering commissions that involve complex mechanical designs or robots.
No Furries: I am still in the process of learning how to draw furry or anthropomorphic characters, so I am not accepting these commissions at this time.
Poses and Anatomy: Some poses may be challenging for me, and I’m still improving my work on hands and feet. I will do my best, but please be aware that complex poses may require more effort or discussion about feasibility.
Feminine vs. Masculine Characters: I primarily focus on drawing more feminine characters. While I am open to drawing masculine characters, they may be more challenging for me, and the final result may differ in style or quality.
By commissioning me, you acknowledge these limitations, and we will work together to ensure the best possible outcome for your project within my skill set.

Final Notes
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service.
These terms are subject to change at any time. If any changes are made, existing clients will be notified.
As well as, please be patient with the process time. It may take a while to complete, however, I will try to complete it as soon as I can.
