What types of commisons do you offer?
+ I offer a variety of commission types including head-shots, waist-ups, full-body illustrations, VTuber/PNGTuber models, character sheets, banners, and more! You can check out my Commission Prices page for full details and my Portfolio page for examples of some work I've done in the past and/or still working on!
How do I commission you?
+ To commission me, please visit my Contact page and fill out the commission form or send me a DM on any of my listed socials. Once details are confirmed, I will request payment to secure your slot.
What is your commission process?
+ After we agree on the details and I receive payment, I will provide a sketch for approval. Once the sketch is approved, I'll proceed with line art, coloring, and rendering (if applied). You will receive progress updates throughout the process, and revisions are available at certain stages.
What is your turnaround time?
+ Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the commission and my current queue. Typically, smaller commissions (like head-shots) take about 1-2 weeks, while larger projects (i.e. full-body or VTuber models) may take 3-4 weeks. I'll provide an estimated time during the initial discussion.
What payment methods do you accept?
+ I accept payments via PayPal. For larger commissions, I may require a 50% deposit upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion.
Do you accept rush commissions?
+ I can accept rush commissions depending on my current workload. Rush orders may incur an additional fee of +20& to 50% based on how quickly the piece is needed. Please contact me directly for rush inquiries.
How many revisions do you offer?
+ I offer 1-2 revisions during the sketch phase and 1 minor revision during the coloring phase. Any additional revisions beyond this will incur extra fees based on the complexity of the changes.
Can I make changes after the commission is finished?
+ Minor adjustments (such as color changes) can be made after completion, but major changes will require an additional fee. Once the commission is finalized and approved, I consider the work complete, so please communicate any concerns early in the process.
What should I include in my reference material?
+ Clear and detailed reference images, mood boards, or written descriptions are very helpful. Include poses, expressions, outfits, and any specific details you'd like to see in the commission. The more information you provide, the closer I can get to your vision.
How much do your commissions cost?
+ Pricing depends on the type of commission and the level of detail. Head-shots start at $20, full-body commissions start at $50, and VTuber models start at $200+. Please refer to my Commission Prices page for a full breakdown of services and pricing.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
+ Yes! I occasionally offer limited-time discounts and promotions. For example, in November I'll be running discounts to celebrate my birthday! Be sure to follow me on my socials for updates on sales and special offers.
What is your refund policy?
+ I'd prefer no refunds, as the money goes to taking care of my ferrets. However, as long as the commission is canceled before I start work, I'll accept it. Once I begin work, partial refunds may be available depending on how much progress has been made. After the final piece is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Do you offer payment plans?
+ Yes! For larger projects (such as VTuber models or complex character sheets), I offer payment plans. We can arrange a 50% deposit upfront with the rest paid in installments, depending on the project.
Can I use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes?
+ By default, all commissions are for personal use only. If you'd like to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., for merchandise, logos, branding, etc.), you will need to purchase a commercial license. Commercial fees usually range from +50% to +100% of the base price.
Can I post my commission on social media?
+ Absolutely! You're welcome to post your commissioned artwork on your social media, as long as you credit me as the artist (a tag or link to my profile is appreciated). I may also post the artwork on my portfolio or social media unless you request otherwise.
Will I receive the source files (e.g., PSD files)?
+ For most commissions, I provide the final artwork as a high-resolution PNG or JPEG file. If you require the source file (PSD or layered file), this can be arranged for an addition fee, particularity for VTuber models or complex projects.
Who owns the rights to the commissioned artwork?
+ As the artist, I retain the copyright to all artwork I create. This means you cannot modify, resell, or claim the artwork as your own creation. For commercial use, you will need to purchase the appropriate license.
Do you offer custom work outside of your listed services ?
+ Yes, I am open to custom requests! If you're looking for something specific that isn't listed in my services (e.g., special illustrations, design work, etc.), feel free to contact me to discuss your project.
Do you create NSFW or mecha commissions?
+ At this time, I do not accept NSFW or mecha commissions. I am also still learning to draw furries, so I am not currently taking those types of commissions. However, I am open to character commissions in fantasy, anime, and other genres.
Can I commission you as a gift for someone else?
+ Yes! If you'd like to commission a piece as a gift, just let me know and provide any specific details or requests. I can also send the finished piece directly to the recipient if you prefer.
What is the best way to contact you?
+ The best way to reach me is through my Contacts page, where you can fill out a commission request form. You can also message me directly via any socials I have linked there. I aim to respond within 1-2 days.
How can I check the status of my commission?
+ I update clients regularly via email or other social you prefer, and you can check the real-time progress of your commission on my Trello Board. I move each commission through different stages (sketch, line art, coloring, etc.) so you can see where your project stands.
