I am a doctoral candidate studying Human Factors in the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at Pennsylvania State University. I am working in the Human-Technology Interaction (HTI) Laboratory led by Dr. Yiqi Zhang.
My research interests lie primarily in optimizing automotive human-machine interface design by conducting experimental studies and human performance modeling for enhancing driver trust, situation awareness, and driving performance while using connected and automated vehicles.
I earned my MS in Human Factors at Penn State in 2021 and my BEng in Aerospace Engineering at Beihang University in 2013. Outside of school, I worked as a Research Intern at General Motors in 2022.
