I am currently a Postdoc at MIT. I got my PhD at Boston University, Boston, USA in 2021.
I received an M.S. degree in robotics from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (Institute of Automation, Chinese Adademy of Sciences ), Beijing, China in 2016.
I received a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering and automation from University of Science and Technology Beijing, China in 2013.
I worked as a research intern at Motional, Boston, USA from May, 2020 to August, 2020.
Responsibility: 1. Developed optimal control strategies for Autonomous Vehicles (AVs) that are required to meet complex specifications imposed by traffic laws and cultural expectations of reasonable driving behavior. 2. Developed a tool that allows to load a map and place vehicles and pedestrians, and generate smooth reference trajectories and implement the optimal control strategies. 3. Performed simulation studies with multiple driving scenarios.
I worked as a algorithm engineer at iQIYI inc., Beijing, China from July, 2016 to July, 2017.
Responsibility: 1. Sensor fusion (Gyro, Acc., Mag..) algorithms development in C++ with application to virtual reality. 2. Hand gesture recognition (based on Caffe) in C++ and Python language. 3. Video processing in C++ language. 4. Model compression and image preprocessing to improve CNN efficiency. 5. CNN mobile platform transplant and computation speed up with Neon and Qualcomm libs.
C++, Python and Matlab.
