Description: In this project, I led a 3 person, multidisciplinary team to redesign a website for a non-profit organization. I designed the survey and completed task analyses for the original website. The team created an initial prototype and then conducted a remote usability test to assess the prototype and modified the prototype based on the testing results to disseminate to the stakeholders.

In this project, I worked as an independent researcher to provide insights for redesigning a new designer brand website. The goal of the project was to effectively showcase the brand and encourage viewers to make a purchase.
Environmental Control Units for Inpatient Care at VA Hospital
In this project, I worked as an evaluator to complete heuristic analyses of the autonoME Hospital Environmental Control Unit (ECU) designed to assist spinal cord injuries and disorders patients.
E-Textbooks Accessibility Evaluations
In this project, I worked as an e-textbook accessibility evaluator for California Open Online Library for Education (COOL4Ed). The critera for e-textbook accessibility was developed according to the web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.0). We developed 15 checkpoints and rated each checkpoint on a scale of 1 - 10. The tools used for these evaluations include Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Adobe Digital Editions, Windows Narrator, NVDA, the Colour Contrast Analyser, and Google Chrome extensions Care Your Eyes and Select and Speak.
