About Laymen
I'm also a song writer and a music producer. I use the name "Laymen" to release songs with my partner, Lei Shen, who is now working in the financial industry at NYC. Lei Shen usually writes lyrics and sings, and I am responsible for melodies, arrangements, and the rest of music production. We started to cooperate with each other since 2016, when we were both students at Zhejiang University majoring in math. We issued a mini album Reforget in 2019, and a full-length album Dreamsick in 2023. Our music has received over 40 million listenings.
I can play the piano, gubass, and am trying to learn guitar now. I'm proficient in Logic Pro for music production.
