ShinyCheetah: An Interactive Microbiome Portal for Qiita Analysis
ShinyCheetah is an interactive web-based portal built on the R Shiny framework. ShinyCheetah connects directly to the Qiita database through Redbiom and integrates established analysis methods from the R microbiome package. By eliminating the requirement for local software installation and specialized coding knowledge, ShinyCheetah facilitates fast, reproducible, and user-friendly microbiome data exploration, effectively broadening the scope of research and hypothesis generation for a wide range of research and clinical users.
