Upon learning Trixie’s sheer knowledge of XFD racers and strategies, she immediately became The Coolest Person Ever. Always asking for her advice first - not their coach.
Realising they attend the same school, they spend their free time hanging out afterward. Clover’s new winter wardrobe is thanks to Trixie’s help.

Duster’s precise skills contrasting with his forgetful personality is incredibly entertaining to Clover.
They get into pretty in-depth Combat-racing discussions and soon learns she doesn’t like coffee after he serves it to her.
She cried her eyes out when he suddenly surprised her with a new Speed board, truly appreciating Duster’s deep kindness.

She can’t believe “The Whimper of XFD” is now her new coach. Although he comes across as a bit of a loser, she warms up to him after seeing his determination and shared love for XFD.
She soon feels the pressure of joining Breakout and is convinced he’ll kick her out if she makes one mistake. But to her surprise, his encouragement reassures her.

Clover is happy to meet another chatterbox within the group and loves talking about the latest shows, movies, or comics with her. She’ll often join in with her humming & singing, causing the other teammates to join in on the fun.
She doesn’t enjoy being called Clo-clo, but eventually puts up with it.

Due to his rise in popularity, Clover already knew who Rocket was and was shocked to find out she’d be replacing him. She assumed he was scary, but upon meeting, finds out he’s pretty chill and enjoys his company when they cross paths - always bothering him for Ms.Cole’s autograph. Due to their friendly rivalry, she’s absolutely determined to beat him.

Became drawn to Clover’s energy after their first encounter outside camp. She finds her easy to talk to and her obsession with XFD racers adorable.
Trixie’s the first to help her adjust to being a Speed racer on snow, and is excited that she could really help Breakout excel again.

They have been friends for quite some time, having always appreciated how kind and considerate he is, and feels the safest around him. She finds herself sticking to his side whenever drama erupts.
Trixie gets frustrated whenever he forgets something she said, especially if it’s important.

Questions his choices and behaviour most of the time, but happy she was given a chance to join Breakout.
Trixie suggested the colours of their uniforms as his previous choices were soooo bad - she couldn’t possibly wear it in public!

She finds Cyndy’s bubbly personality comforting to be around, and is thankful to have another level-headed individual in the group, helping everyone out when they’ve desperately needed it.
Trixie loves being able to talk about fashion with her and finds herself asking Cyndy for help whenever her trusty tablet malfunctions.

Trixie understands why he left and doesn’t hold it against him, but is more upset that Screwball is direct competition with themselves, causing more drama than she’d like.
In the past, they were relatively good friends despite not liking how loud he was. She’d teach Rocket tricks he wanted to try out, and more optimal routes when speed racing.

Was initially overwhelmed by her burst of energy, but was reassured by how nice she was, and felt she was a much-needed addition to the group.
To make Clover feel welcome, Duster gifts her a Speed board with a design that might remind her of home.
He dislikes having to clean up after her but is too scared to ask her to tidy up after herself. 

A genuine friend of his that he respects more than anyone. He will always have her back during disagreements, and tries his absolute best to remember any advice she gives him - resulting in carrying a book to take notes.
He’s been trying to convince Trixie to try camping some time, but she keeps rejecting it.

Sympathises with him more than the rest of the group do, seeing how defeat in XFD can affect someone’s life. He just wishes he would be more mindful about his professionalism as their Coach.
He’s trying to work the courage to ask Mr.Jack to teach him how to drive - but has a feeling he’ll refuse out of laziness.

Duster sees Cyndy as a bit of a partner in crime, or a big sister, given how often they relax or goof off together during their time at camp.
Even if she does most of the talking, he loves to pick her brain about repairs and the like, wanting to learn something else on the side of Combat racing.

Duster doesn’t fully forgive Rocket, but chooses to not question it since he hates conflict. He and Rocket used to go to school together, so they’ve known each other a long time - making the situation sting even more.
He does appreciate him dropping by now and then, though.

Despite their bickering, he knows he’d be absolutely lost without her - as she’s helped him throughout his life. But that won’t stop him from trying to get his way whenever things go south.
They argue over who has to drive the team to and from events, which sometimes causes them to be late. 

Clover yelling “The Whimper of XFD!” upon meeting for the first time did not paint a good first impression - he almost kicked her out.

He’s not sure if he regrets taking her on out of desperation, especially since she has no experience on snow. Training her feels like a huge hassle he didn’t want, but can’t help but notice that she has promise to be an excellent Speed Racer.

Glad to have Trixie on his team, not only for her promising trick skills, but because she often suggests better strategies than him.
He hopes making her Team Leader and attending more events will help tackle her shyness, as he knows she has so much potential to shine. 

He was suggested by Duster's parents to recruit him, with the promise of discounts on XFIRE Boards. Being a Combat Racer himself, he’s incredibly proud of Duster’s skills but wishes he spoke up more.
He often teases him for doing more cleaning than training. 

Still mentally processing Rocket's move to Screwball, he’s bitter he lost such a talented racer who built a lot of hope to further Breakout’s success.
He hates finding Rocket hanging out at their camp and tries to kick him out - but never wins as everyone else wants him there. 

Has been terrified of Ms.Cole’s demeanor since childhood, but deep down has always thought she was a bit of an asshole - maybe out of jealousy?
He knows she likes his sister, Cyndy, and holds it against her whenever they cross paths at events when they end up arguing.
His goal is to prove to Ms.Cole that he is capable of carrying a team to the top.

Her brother's lazy, pathetic attitude drives her up the wall and has frequently urged him to change his ways. She knows deep down he sometimes means well, and admires his determination to stick with XFD despite his past shortcomings. She doesn’t want to let Breakout down. No nickname - just calls him Turq. 

Cyndy is so glad to have such a bright positive energy within the team after everything that happened. She relates to her passion for the things she loves, and often has her back when Mr.Jack disagrees with something she’s done.

Her nickname for Clover is Clo-clo. 

Finds Trixie to be one of the sweetest girls she’s ever met, and likes to lend an ear whenever she finds the courage to talk about her love for fashion. Cyndy helps her learn new tricks when trampoline training. Her nickname for Trixie is Trix. 

Indulges in Duster’s hospitality in cleaning about and making her favourite tea, creating a bad habit within the camp.
She came up with a cost-effective way of creating target boards for him when training. Her nickname for Duster is Dusty. 

She could never quite keep up with his loud behaviour, nor being able to fix his busted-up board every week. But enjoys his company as he’s a nice, funny kid, and wishes him all the best in Team Screwball.
Her nickname for Rocket is Rocky. 

She's truly proud of how far Ms.Cole has come since they met as children. They might not see each other as much as they used to, but now they’re both involved with XFD, they text often - with Cyndy sending her selfies with new merch she bought.
She does question her sudden personality change whenever they’re together, though. Her nickname for Ms.Cole is Hally.
