Privacy Policy – Tour Diary

Effective Date: September 20, 2026
Last Updated: September 20, 2026

Tour Diary is developed and provided by Xcr Prime. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Tour Diary Android application.

By using Tour Diary, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information You Enter in Tour Diary

Tour Diary allows users to create and manage work-related records such as:

This information is primarily stored locally on your device.

Tour Diary does not require you to create an online account, and the app does not upload your Tour Diary records to an Xcr Prime server as part of its normal operation.

2. Local Data Storage

Your Tour Diary records are stored in the application database on your Android device.

The app may also create files when you intentionally use features such as:

When you choose to share or export a file, the file may be provided to another app or service selected by you, such as email, messaging, cloud storage or another Android application.

Xcr Prime does not control the privacy practices of third-party apps or services selected by the user for sharing.

3. Advertising

Tour Diary uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements.

Depending on availability and app configuration, Tour Diary may use advertising formats such as:

Rewarded advertisements are optional. For example, a user may voluntarily watch a rewarded advertisement to access an optional benefit such as generating a clean or logo-free report.

Normal application data should not depend on the successful loading of an advertisement.

Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process information such as IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, advertising identifiers, App Set ID and other device-related identifiers for purposes including advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Google states that data handled by the Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.

4. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices

Tour Diary may use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain or manage advertising consent where required.

Depending on your region and applicable privacy requirements, you may be shown choices relating to personalized or non-personalized advertising.

Where required, Tour Diary provides access to Privacy Choices so that users can review or update applicable advertising privacy selections. Google recommends updating consent information at app launch and displaying the privacy options entry point when required.

For users in regions such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, applicable Google consent requirements may require consent for advertising-related storage and personal-data processing.

5. Location Information

Tour Diary does not require precise GPS location for its core Tour Program and distance-recording functionality.

Route names and kilometre information entered or selected by the user are stored as Tour Diary records.

However, third-party advertising services may use an IP address to estimate the general location of a device for advertising and related purposes.

6. Device and Diagnostic Information

Third-party services used by Tour Diary, particularly Google Mobile Ads, may process information about the device and app usage, including:

Device or advertising identifiers, app launch and interaction information, performance information, diagnostics and IP address.

Such information may be used for advertising, analytics, security and fraud prevention.

7. Permissions

Tour Diary may use Android permissions or system services necessary for features provided by the app.

For example, Internet and network access may be used to load advertisements and communicate with advertising services.

File or document access may be requested when you intentionally choose to export, backup, restore, save or share a report.

Tour Diary aims to request only permissions necessary for the feature being used.

8. Backup and Restore

Tour Diary may allow users to create local backup files.

Backup files may contain information entered into Tour Diary.

You are responsible for protecting backup files after they are exported or copied outside the application.

If you share a backup through another app or cloud service, that service's own privacy policy applies.

9. Reports, PDF and Printing

Tour Diary can generate reports and PDF documents containing information entered by the user.

These documents may contain details such as:

Employee name, designation, headquarters, tour dates, tour locations, ATP information, kilometre details and other information selected for the report.

Reports remain under the user's control until the user chooses to print, save or share them.

10. Third-Party Services

Tour Diary may use third-party services including Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform.

These services operate according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Tour Diary does not control how third-party providers process information independently of the application.

11. Data Sharing

Xcr Prime does not sell Tour Diary user-entered tour records.

Tour Diary does not intentionally transmit locally stored Tour Program, ATP, route, leave or report records to Xcr Prime servers as part of normal app operation.

Information may nevertheless be processed by third-party SDKs such as Google Mobile Ads for advertising, analytics and fraud-prevention purposes as described above.

Files may also be shared with third-party applications only when the user intentionally invokes Android sharing, export or backup functionality.

12. Data Retention and Deletion

Tour Diary data stored locally remains on the user's device until it is edited, deleted, cleared or removed by the user.

Users may remove applicable data by:

deleting records inside the app, clearing the application's storage from Android settings, or uninstalling Tour Diary.

Backup, PDF or exported files saved outside the app must be deleted separately by the user from the location in which they were stored.

Because Tour Diary does not require an Xcr Prime online account for normal use, there is generally no separate cloud account to delete.

13. Data Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect information handled by the application.

However, no electronic storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security.

Users should protect access to their devices and any exported backup or report files containing work-related information.

14. Children's Privacy

Tour Diary is a productivity and work-record application intended for employees and other adult users.

It is not designed specifically for children.

Xcr Prime does not knowingly use Tour Diary to collect children's personal information directly.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Tour Diary features, advertising services, legal requirements or third-party services change.

When the policy is updated, the Last Updated date at the top of this document will be revised.

Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
