Privacy Policy – FinTrack

FinTrack is a personal finance management application developed and published by Xcr Prime.
This Privacy Policy explains how FinTrack handles information when you use the application.
FinTrack is designed as an offline-first personal finance application.
Information you enter into FinTrack may include:
Income and expense records
Bank account information entered by you
Bank transactions and balance adjustments
Party/ledger information
Credit card information and payment records
Loan, EMI and debt information
Savings and investment records
Reminders
Notes associated with transactions
Name or firm name entered during app setup
Country, currency and language preferences
User-selected profile image information
User-selected bill or receipt attachment information
This financial information is primarily stored locally on your device.
Xcr Prime does not operate a FinTrack cloud account or server that receives your personal financial records.
FinTrack does not require users to create an online account or sign in to an Xcr Prime server.
Your FinTrack financial database remains on your device unless you choose to export, back up, or share information yourself.
FinTrack provides local Full Backup and Restore functionality.
Backup files may contain application data such as financial records, account information, parties, credit cards, debts, savings, reminders, application settings and related database information required for restoration.
Backup files are created or selected through your device and are not automatically uploaded to an Xcr Prime server.
Bill/receipt image files and profile image files are not included as binary files in the FinTrack Full Backup.
References such as local file paths or URI metadata may be stored where required by the application, but the actual image files are not included in the Full Backup.
Users should keep important original images separately.
FinTrack may also support CSV export or legacy CSV import. Legacy CSV files are not treated as complete FinTrack backups.
FinTrack can generate reports such as PDF or Excel files.
These files are created locally on your device.
When you select a Share option, Android may allow you to send the file using another application installed on your device.
FinTrack does not control how a third-party application handles information after you intentionally share it.
FinTrack uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
The app may use:
Banner Ads
Interstitial Ads
Rewarded Ads
App Open Ads
Google and its advertising partners may process information necessary to provide, measure and protect advertisements. Depending on your region, consent choices and Google settings, this information may include device or advertising identifiers, IP address, advertising interactions, diagnostic information and other information used for advertising purposes.
FinTrack uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) where applicable to request and manage advertising consent.
Where required, users can access Privacy Options from FinTrack Settings to review applicable advertising/privacy choices.
Xcr Prime does not receive access to your FinTrack financial transaction database through AdMob.
FinTrack may offer rewarded advertisements for optional features such as report export.
Watching a rewarded advertisement is presented as a voluntary action where applicable.
Critical financial functions such as entering income or expenses, Backup/Restore and Reset Data are not dependent on rewarded advertising.
FinTrack may use an internet connection for services such as:
Loading advertisements
Google AdMob functionality
Consent/privacy management
Related advertising network communication
Your locally stored financial records are not uploaded to Xcr Prime merely because the application has internet access.
FinTrack may provide local reminders and notifications for financial reminders or due items.
Notification information is handled by the application and Android on your device.
FinTrack does not require an Xcr Prime cloud notification account for its normal reminder functionality.
FinTrack provides Data Reset options that allow users to remove financial entries for supported periods, including options such as:
Last Week
Last Month
Last Year
All Data
Users should create a valid backup before permanently removing financial data.
Some master/configuration information may remain when financial history is reset, according to the function selected.
You can also remove locally stored application data through Android system settings or by uninstalling FinTrack.
Because Xcr Prime does not maintain a server-side copy of your FinTrack financial database, Xcr Prime generally has no remote financial database to delete on your behalf.
FinTrack uses Android application storage and database mechanisms to store application information locally.
Reasonable technical measures are used to reduce unauthorized access and accidental data loss.
However, no device, application or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their device, device lock credentials and backup files.
Users should download FinTrack only from an official distribution source.
FinTrack uses third-party Google services, including services associated with:
Google AdMob
Google User Messaging Platform
Android/Google Play services where applicable
Those services may process information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
FinTrack does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party services.
Xcr Prime does not sell users' FinTrack financial records or personal finance data to advertisers.
Financial transactions entered into FinTrack are not provided by Xcr Prime to advertisers for advertising targeting.
Advertising services may independently process advertising/device information as described above.
FinTrack is a general personal finance utility and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.
The application should be used in accordance with applicable age requirements and Google Play policies.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when FinTrack features, legal requirements or third-party services change.
When significant changes are made, the updated policy will be published at the official FinTrack Privacy Policy location with an updated effective date.
