By accessing XcelAnalytRazv, you agree to the following terms.

1. Academy Enrollment & No-Refund Policy

• Access: Upon payment, you receive a non-transferable license to access our services.

• No Refund Policy: All course enrollments, digital product purchases, and service fees are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with content or changes in your personal circumstances.

2. Consultancy & Enterprise Engagements

• Scope of Work: All consulting engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Level Agreement (SLA).

• Intellectual Property: XcelAnalytRazv retains ownership of all pre-existing methodologies and frameworks. Upon final payment, the Client receives a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the custom deliverables produced for their project.

• Confidentiality: We guarantee the protection of your proprietary business data and trade secrets.

3. Limitation of Liability

XcelAnalytRazv provides services "as is." We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service during the 12-month period preceding any claim.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to distribute, reproduce, or resell any course materials or proprietary frameworks without express written authorization. Unauthorized access to our systems is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
