• Consultancy & Enterprise Data: Sensitive business information, including but not limited to, proprietary datasets, internal database structures, API credentials, Google Cloud environment metadata, and strategic business intelligence logs shared with us under contract.

• Technical & Usage Metadata: System logs, device identifiers, IP addresses, and interaction telemetry collected to secure our digital infrastructure and optimize performance.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data exclusively for the following professional purposes:

• Service Fulfillment: To administer academic programs, issue certifications, and execute technical consulting engagements (e.g., cloud migrations, data pipeline construction, and dashboard deployment).

• Google Cloud Partner Compliance: To align our service delivery with Google Cloud’s security and operational best practices.

• Operational Security: To monitor for unauthorized access, verify identity, and prevent fraudulent activity within our consulting and learning environments.

• Strategic Communication: To provide updates regarding your account, project milestones, or relevant educational/technical insights. You may exercise your right to opt-out of marketing communications at any time.

3. Data Confidentiality & "The Firewall"

We enforce a strict organizational "firewall" between our Academy and Consultancy divisions.

• Non-Disclosure: All proprietary business data, code, or strategic insights shared during consultancy engagements are protected under strict confidentiality.

• Anonymization: Under no circumstances will client-specific business data be used for educational, demonstration, or training purposes within our Academy without obtaining prior, express written consent and ensuring that such data is fully anonymized.

4. Security, Encryption & Retention

We employ industry-standard security frameworks to protect your data.

• Encryption: All data in transit and at rest is protected using advanced encryption standards.

• Third-Party Processing: We utilize secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store sensitive payment credentials. We engage trusted cloud infrastructure providers (including Google Cloud) that adhere to global data security standards.

• Retention Policy: We retain information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Upon the expiration of a consulting contract, data is handled in accordance with the specific termination clauses of your Service Level Agreement (SLA).

• The Right to Access & Rectify: You may request access to, or correction of, your data held by us.

• The Right to Erasure: You may request the deletion of your data, subject to contractual obligations.

• Right to Audit: For enterprise consultancy clients, we accommodate reasonable requests for security audits and data governance verification, as outlined in our Master Service Agreement.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
