HKPOST

We send untracked, ordinary mail items for hkpost. This is the cheapest shipping option, however, we are not liable for lost and damaged mail (NO REFUNDS). To avoid lost mail, we will write down a return address so if the package gets lost, it will be returned to us, but it is not a guaranteed return. When mail is shipped, we always send a picture of the package with the stamp and a picture of the receipt for mail proof.

SF EXPRESS

SF express is slightly more expensive, however, it is a preferred option for shipping as it will arrive faster, and safer. SF express will deliver straight to your doorstep, and deliver fee is made to the delivery person when they arrive at your doorstep. SF has a detailed tracking service, so packages can be tracked. When a SF package is shipped, we will send you a picture of the QR code to track your package, and a picture of the receipt as well.
