What payments options are available?

Alipay, Bank Transfer, and Depop. Depop prices will be slightly higher as a portion of the money will go to depop.

Are the agates and crystals real?

Yes! They are made from rocks and guaranteed good quality. A way to find out if they're real or not is to wear them. Rocks will have a slight cold feeling when worn, whereas plastic will have no effect.

How to care for Agates/crystals?

Avoid contact with water. When the accessories are not worn, they should be kept in a plastic or glass container.

Can I return/exchange an item or get a refund?

Our shop does not accept returns and exchanges, however, slight refunds can be given if it is reasonable. If an item is damaged during the process of mailing, we will not be responsible for it as it is not in our hands after shipping. But to avoid damaged items, we wrap the products well in bubble wrap and protection before shipping.

If I have a question, how can I contact you?

You can contact us via Instagram DM's or email. DM's are preferred as they will be replied to faster.

When will I get my order?

A majority of items in this shop are made after payment, which has a 2- 12 business days processing and will be shipped immediately when the item is made.

Lost/Damaged Packages?

Unfortunately, we are not liable for lost and damaged mail. We recommend using SF express over HKpost as SF express has a very low chance of the package getting lost and damaged. However, if you prefer HKpost, we will write down a return address so if the package gets lost, it will be returned to us, but it is not a guaranteed return.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International packages are sent by SF only (tracked). The shipping price depends on location.
