This page contains information on all the clearances that coaches and club administrators need to have in order to be compliant with SAY Soccer, Northeastern Pennsylvania Soccer Association for Youth (NEPSAY), and the state of Pennsylvania along with the CDC (Center for Disease Control). 

We believe in the safety and security of all of the players who join our League. It is our mission to provide our community's youth with the ability to engage in sports as a means to develop their social, emotional and physical health. The requirements set forth by the State of Pennsylvania and our SAY area are to promote a safe environment for all players who join our League. 

We ask that all volunteers, seasoned and new, resubmit all of the required clearances and training certificates to be sure everything is up to date as of August 2023.
