Google Workspace senders: If you use Google Workspace to send large volumes of email, review the Spam and abuse policy in Gmail. The policy is part of the Google Workspace Acceptable Use Policy.

Starting February 1, 2024, all senders who send email to Gmail accounts must meet the requirements in this section.

Set up email authentication for each of your sending domains at your domain provider. In addition to following the instructions we provide, you should also refer to your domain provider's email authentication instructions.

SPF prevents spammers from sending unauthorized messages that appear to be from your domain. Set up SPF by publishing an SPF record at your domain. The SPF record for your domain should reference all email senders for your domain. If third-party senders aren't included in your SPF record, messages from these senders are more likely to be marked as spam. Learn how to define your SPF record and add it to your domain.

If you signed up on a site that sends lots of emails, like promotions or newsletters, you can use the unsubscribe link to stop getting emails. After you unsubscribe, it may take a few days for the mailing list to stop sending you messages.

I have created an automation that will send out an email from a Gmail account. However, the recipient for each email varies depending on the Project. All projects have a field that is linked to another record that contains all the information for the email recipients.

My issue is when I try to fill the Recipient field in the automation, the field that represents the linked record doesn't add the email but instead the name of the recipient. I have tried multiple times but can't seem to figure out how to solve this issue. Any kind of help is greatly appreciated!

I have similar problem.. When I want to use email from linked table (for gmail autmation), I ran into problem: "The "To" input is empty". I tried million times with your version above or with the new hidden formula field which is simply {Order Email (from Supplier)} but it doesn't work.

When I send emails from Gmail address (in gmail) the email is being tracked in Hubspot but will only indicate sent - never changes to open. Does anyone know why this is? Clients are definitely opening the emails.

Hi @LMcTavish, HubSpot CRM syncs seamlessly with Gmail. You can log emails sent from Gmail into HubSpot CRM, track opens and clicks, and see every detail from your CRM without leaving your inbox. However, for the email tracking to work, you need to have the Hubspot Sales extension added to your Chrome and grant the permission or access from your Gmail account while sending the email from there. To send a tracked email from Gmail, perfrom the following:

New students who apply on or after November 2, 2020 will receive all college and district communication at the email address provided on their CCCApply application. This email address is your default preferred email.

If you were a Los Rios student prior to November 2, 2020, then your default preferred email is your Los Rios Gmail account. You can change your preferred email address to something other than your Los Rios Gmail.
