Parking

Wyandotte offers parking options in the downtown district with several lots and along most streets, but those often fill up quick, especially during special events, during which some of these lots may even close entirely. Refer to Downtown Parking for further information.

Heading In

If you're heading to Wyandotte, there is a possibility of you using one of the downtown lots. During special events, since some of these lots may close entirely, you might want to consider parking at the Meijer Southgate Park & Ride and boarding a Dearborn Transit Center-bound bus in the lot or at the west side of the store.

Heading Out

Downtown Wyandotte is a perfect starting point to explore Downriver. You can head west to Southgate, Taylor, Southland Center and Metro Airport. A transfer to SMART 160 in Southgate can take you to Riverview and Trenton. You can head north to Lincoln Park, Ecorse, River Rouge, Allen Park, Melvindale, Dearborn and Downtown Detroit (SMART 125 in weekday peak, DDOT 19 off-peak and weekends). Parking in downtown Detroit during special events can be quite costly and the bus fare is just $2 for a 4-hour pass for unlimited connections between SMART 125 and DDOT 19.
