A warm welcome to everyone to the Inauguration of Kamagata Martial Arts Academy Dojo. Years of dedication, sweat and tenacious efforts have resulted in one of the most magnificent Dojo’s in the whole of India. On this momentous occasion I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Soshi Isamu Kamagata, who is the inspiration behind this idea, to have come from Japan on such short notice to grace us with his presence and fond remembrance for our beloved Founder, Sensei Rebati Ranjan Raha, who nurtured this idea to fruition over the years.

The recent demise of our pillar of strength, Sensei Rebati Ranjan Raha, who led this organisation to its present glory with unparalleled principles and truly altruistic motives, has been unfortunate and untimely. But we have resolved to be resilient and shall celebrate his dream project with passion. Kudos to Sensi Bimal Karmarkar and his team for meeting extremely difficult timelines to get work done on time.

With this ultra-modern Dojo added to our repertoire, we have surpassed many Organisations in India in delivering quality to our students. Every Karate-ka of Seigo-kai family must feel inspired today to have been given an infrastructure of international standards to showcase and develop their skills. Seigo-kai family always believes in meeting world-class standards in its teaching and practice. Under the leadership of Sensei Raha we have grown to be a 20,000 member strong community across India and are continuously increasing our strength.

This day bears testimony to the fact that Seigo-kai will carry forward its glorious past with pride and achieve greater heights in the coming years. It will be my personal commitment to follow the footsteps of my great teacher and friend, Sensei Rebati Ranjan Raha and give Seigo-kai a world champion.
