This is a great way to approach this. Rather than scale just now, what if the teams work together to understand the work better so we can identify ways to sequence the work. This way we stay aligned, improve collaboration levels and ideally improve how we work with better understanding which allows the teams to adapt the way that they work to new and innovative ways of working.
