Belina and the team are making headway. Not only have they worked out how they can best interact with other teams but they are also learning how they can envelop some of the previously external tasks for themselves. The team is delivering great work and the stakeholders are starting to look forward to the sprint review each time which is great news for Julia as the experiment is going well and Leadership are well aware and really starting to pay attention in a good way.
