Warranty & Support Policy:

Warranty Coverage:
We offer a limited warranty on all custom builds and pre-configured PCs. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for [1 year/6 months] from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications (e.g., liquid damage, physical damage).

• Normal wear and tear.

• Parts damaged by third-party interventions or repairs.

• Damage resulting from improper installation or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

• Software issues, including but not limited to, operating system failures, data loss, or third-party software conflicts.

Manufacturer Warranties:
All parts used in our builds are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which typically ranges from [1 to 5 years]. We assist with manufacturer warranty claims, but we do not provide direct replacements. The warranty process and approval depend on the manufacturer's policies, and the customer may need to deal with the manufacturer directly for any claims.

Diagnostics & Troubleshooting Coverage:

Free Troubleshooting
We provide free troubleshooting for up to 1 year after the build is completed. This covers only one instance of a reported issue. Additional troubleshooting, repairs, or issues caused by user modifications will be subject to charges.

Paid Diagnostic Services
After the 1-year period, or if additional diagnostics are needed beyond the free troubleshooting, customers will be charged for diagnostic services. Diagnostic fees range from $20 to $100, depending on the complexity of the issue. Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis, with a minimum non-refundable fee of $20. If repairs are necessary following diagnostics, the fee may be credited toward the cost of the repair.

Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are not provided unless required by applicable consumer protection laws or in cases of defective products under warranty. We will assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and warranty claims in accordance with our policy.

Extended Warranty Options:
We offer extended warranty plans for up to 3 years. These plans include priority diagnostics, discounts on repairs, and coverage for defects beyond the initial warranty period. Contact us for more details on extended coverage.
