Do you ship PCs?
PC Shipping is not possible as we are a local brand based in Singapore.
Can I bring my parts for PC Tech Pitstop to build?
Yes, you can! The only policy that we include is that all parts have to be bought from local distributors. (E.g Corbell, CDL, TechDynamic, Avertek)
What is the process of building a PC?
From Consultation > Part Selection > Building > Testing > Picking it up. A smooth and hassle-free process for our customers.
How long does it take until my PC is ready for collection?
It usually ranges from 1-5 days depending on various factors. Such as part's delivery time, the difficulty of the build, as well as the availability of the staff.
Does PC Tech Pitstop offer pre-builts?
No, we do not at the moment. However, pre-builts are a common idea shared within the staff. We will add that feature in the future.
Can you pick out the parts I want for my build?
Of course! We always strive to deliver the best for our customers. This service is included when you order a custom PC based on your needs and wants. (E.g 4k gaming, 8k movie experience)
Do you do PC upgrades?
Yes, we do! Rest assured that no used parts will be included in your rig. Everything that is requested will be bought brand new from licensed local distributors.
My PC is not working like it used to. Can you help me with it?
Definitely! Our services include a diagnostics section. Prices range from $20 - $100 depending on the complexity of the issue.
What is included in PC Tech Pitstop's warranty?
Faulty parts will be sent back to distributors for replacement. Support is limited to a one-time troubleshooting session within 1 year.
What happens if I still have troubleshooting issues after 1 year?
If you still have troubleshooting issues after 1 year, you are legally required to pay the fees of the diagnostics. ($20-$100)

Do I need to pay upfront for a custom build?
Yes, you need to. However, this policy will be waived as soon as possible. To ensure that your money is kept safe within PC Tech Pitstop. Our company requires our staff to share specific details of the build. (When the parts are arriving, what parts have we got for you, when are we starting the build when your rig is ready to be collected.) IF a staff does not reply to your inquiry within 3 days, you are entitled to a refund of the price paid, as well as monetary compensation for experiencing such an event.
What is your refund policy?Â
