“Let the adolescent feel the weight of responsibility and the dignity of work.”
Maria Montessori
A Boarding School, at Their Own Pace
While Montessori Farm Bali is designed to be a boarding school, we understand that not all adolescents or families, are ready for that step right away.
That’s why boarding is entirely optional.
It will be introduced gradually, in dialogue with each student and their family.
Some may start with one or two nights per week, then feel ready to stay up to four nights, while others may take more time, and that’s perfectly okay.
What matters most to us is that adolescents feel ready and empowered to choose when and how they want to engage in overnight stays.
This approach gives families the chance to discover our work, witness the impact it has, and let the decision come from the adolescent themselves, in their own time.
