Introduction
Niche tourism is a specific, tailored tourism product which is designed to meet the needs of a small tourist market. Niche tourism comprises a small group of people to whom the product is intended to reach. Adventure tourism, Agri tourism, Battlefield tourism, Photography tourism, Nostalgia tourism, Wedding tourism, etc., are some examples for Niche tourism. India being one of the largest tourist generating countries, Niche tourism emerges as a promising sector for growth. There is huge scope for research on Niche tourism in India. From this perspective, this book focuses on the current and the emerging issues of Niche tourism in India. New product development, business expansion, marketing and policy initiation, are the major areas of study in Niche tourism. This book is a forum to study the issues and challenges of Niche tourism development in India. The book will also render ideas and suggestions to promote Niche tourism in India.
Objective
The primary objective of this book is to contribute to the growth and development and various aspects of Niche tourism in India. The book covers various issues of sustainable tourism such as history, growth and development, problems and challenges and the future aspects of Niche tourism. This edited book aims at collating the views of expertise of the industry, which further could be the guideline to design and develop the niche tourism market.

Submission Procedure
Researchers and the authors are invited to submit a chapter proposal of 500 to 800 words clearly explaining the mission and concerns of his or her proposed chapter. The last date for submission of proposal is 10th February 2021. Authors will be notified by 15th February 2021 about the status of their proposal. Full chapter/s are expected to be submitted by 5th April 2021, and all interested authors must adhere to the manuscript submission guidelines. All submitted chapters will be reviewed by the panel on double-blind review basis.

Guidelines for Authors
1. Manuscript length should be 15 to 20 pages, Font Size 12, Times New Roman, double spacing.
2. All submitted manuscripts must include the following:
a. Title
b. List of authors and their affiliations – affiliations must be in English language
c. Introduction
d. Body (problem statement, application area, research course, method used, status, results, scope for further research)
e. Conclusion
f. References shall be in APA 6th Edition or MLA 8th format.
g. Nomenclature (wherever applicable)
h. Acknowledgments (wherever applicable)
3. Authors must sign the declaration form clicking here during the final submission of the article.
4. Garden City University Press will check plagiarism for all the submitted articles before publishing as book chapters. If the plagiarism is observed by editors, peer reviewers or by editorial staff at any stage of publication process, it could be rejected based on the percentile of plagiarism occurred and it would be notified to the author.
