Obedience Training Classes

Our next group training class will start on Thursday, September 25th 2025

Classes run for 5 or 6 weeks on Thursday nights depending on which class you choose. Class time starts at 5:45p.

This is a basic obedience class with additional optional training for the STAR puppy program. The class is suitable for young puppies and older dogs that missed out on basic training. 

The STAR portion of this class is optional and the puppy must be less than 1yr. Upon completion of this class, you will take the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy evaluation test. You will receive an AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy medal and your puppy will be listed in the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy records. You'll also receive a certificate, a digital guide to caring for your puppy and a monthly email newsletter.

All dogs over 4 months must be up to date with the following vaccinations:

(Rabies, Bordetella)

These records can be sent or brought to The Pet Social before your dog training class starts or they can be brought on the first night of class.

5 weekly approximately one-hour sessions: $125

6 week class including S.T.A.R evaluation: $135
