At Oakville Fit Chicks, Kayla specializes in personalized fitness training designed exclusively for women. Whether you're looking to build strength, lose weight, improve mobility/flexibility, or simply feel better in your own skin, Kayla's expertise will guide you every step of the way. Length of 1-on-1 Sessions: 45 minutes long
In-Home Training: The trainer comes to you. Client must be living in Oakville for this service.
Online Training: Meet 1-on-1 with the trainer via Zoom, Facetime, or WhatsApp Video.
Personal Trainer: Kayla (click name to learn more)
Equipment: Online clients will need a set of 5lbs dumbbells and a yoga mat ready at each session. Trainer will bring equipment to in-home clients if they don't have any.

Kayla's Body Sculpt programs combine strength training and functional movement to help you feel confident and strong in your own body. If you register in a spring program before March 25th, you'll get a complimentary resistance band kit (which is the equipment that will be used for classes.)
We will deliver the equipment you’ll need for online programs to your door for an additional cost if you live in Oakville or nearby. For those living further away, you will be asked to purchase equipment if you don’t own any to participate in this program.
