I'm a Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience helping women build confidence, strength, and long-term healthy habits. I also hold a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Niagara College.
Fitness has been a meaningful part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I played a variety of sports and fell in love with movement early on. As I got older, that passion shifted into strength training, and eventually helping other women feel strong, capable, and empowered in their own bodies.
Today, I live and breathe the lifestyle I teach. I'm passionate about providing support, education, and motivation to women in the Oakville area and beyond.
