All of our packages are shipped through Canada Post standard shipping
Handling time between when an order is placed and when it will ship is 3-5 business days.
An order received confirmation email will be sent out as soon as the order is accepted and processed.
To check the status of your order we will send an order shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow 3-7 business days for the tracking information to become available.
Orders must be placed Monday-Friday between the hours of 10:30 am - 5:00 pm (*closed on holidays and weekends*)
We ship Ontario wide at this time
Our Refund Policy:
Customers have 10 days to return their item
To start the return process, please contact us directly at ladybugbeautysalves@gmail.com with photos and a description of product defect/damage/issue
* This MUST be included in the return request*
Upon acceptance of the return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
*Items sent back to us without a return request will NOT be accepted*
If an item meets the return policy requirements, we will cover the costs to ship the defective product back to us. *Items returned to us without a return request will be billed to the sender of that item*
Non returnable items include:
Opened half used products
Products that are not manufactured by Ladybug Beauty Salves & Co
Products that have been altered after purchase by the consumer
Items purchased past the 10 day period
Items returned without receipt or invoice to provide proof of purchase
Once the return request is received and examined, we will notify you of its approval.
We offer full refunds or exchanges for customers who received any products contaminated with debris, damaged/defective packaging, incorrect product or no product received.
