The simple task of climbing up a light of stairs was hard before but now I can easily climb them. Everyday chores like pickup and carrying heavy grocery bags, cleaning the house, putting or grabbing things from overhead, gardening-digging, shoveling, weeding, etc have become easier. Previously I used to have fear of pulling my back muscles, but not anymore. I can go for hikes without fear. My energy level/stamina has increased, so I push myself more where before I needed to take breaks. I have also become more health conscious because of you.
