Imagine Nation Encino is an early childhood day school for ages 2 years and up.
We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, with the strong mission for children to connect with nature and community.
We apply an emergent curriculum that builds upon the interests of the children.
Our emergent approach to early childhood education is inspired by the schools of Reggio Emilia, a city in Italy recognized worldwide for its innovative, child-centered, authentic play-based philosophy.
The cornerstone of our approach is respect for children where we view every child as curious, capable, creative, and competent to contribute to their learning.
We focus on the development of the whole child; nurturing the cognitive, physical, socio-emotional and creative capacities of children.
