Christine's Journey into Healing

Christine's transformative journey into the world of reflexology began in 2014 after a challenging battle with plantar fasciitis. After exhausting traditional treatments, she discovered reflexology and was amazed to find herself walking pain-free after just one session. This pivotal experience not only allowed her to continue her passion for race walking but also ignited a deep appreciation for holistic healing.

Determined to share the benefits of reflexology, Christine trained with Reflexology Training Essentials for Healthy Living and earned her Registered Reflexology Practitioner (RRPr) designation in 2021. Her commitment to the profession led her to join the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario (RRCO), where she was elected to the Board of Directors in 2023. In 2026, she was honoured to be elected Vice-President, continuing her commitment to supporting the RRCO and advancing the profession of reflexology in Canada

Today, Christine specializes in full-body reflexology, using the powerful vibrations of weighted tuning forks to enhance the healing process. Her work supports clients in alleviating physical, emotional, and spiritual discomfort, guiding them toward balance, health, and wholeness.

Christine is also a dedicated energy healer and an active member of the International Reiki Association (IRO), the International Association of Therapists (IAOTH), the Therapeutic Touch Network of Ontario (TTNO), and the Functional Reflex Therapy Network (FRT).

Beyond reflexology, Christine hosts immersive events that combine cacao ceremony, dance alchemy, and shamanic journeying, offering a unique blend of healing modalities to support your wellness journey. Whether through deep relaxation, stress reduction, or spiritual connection, Christine is here to guide you—one step at a time—on your path to well-being.
