Chocolate is made from cacao beans โ or rather seeds โ from the Theobroma cacao tree. This plant produces large, pod-like fruits. Cacao is the purest form of chocolate and it still contains all of the natural fats. Cocoa is the powder that is left behind after it is processed.
Modern chocolate, often called the "feel-good food," is consumed for comfort, energy, or indulgence. However, store-bought chocolate is highly processed, with added sugars and very few of its original active ingredients remaining.
In a Cacao Ceremony, we use the pure cacao bean in its unprocessed form. This ensures all of its natural elements remain intact, just as Mother Earth intended.
For centuries, cacao has been used in various cultures as a heart opener and a tool for deep meditation and spiritual journeying. It helps shift awareness from the mind to the heart, allowing for greater self-connection and insight.

๐ Dopamine โ Boosts motivation & pleasure
